At Chryseiz, we currently ship exclusively to countries within Europe.
Shipping rates:

📦 How long does shipping take?
At Chryseiz, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable shipping. We maintain a large stock in Belgium, which allows us to process and ship orders quickly.

- Shipping time: up to: 2 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: within 5 business days
Please note that during busy periods (e.g. holidays or promotions), delivery may take slightly longer due to increased demand or postal delays — which are unfortunately beyond our control. Other factors such as distance, customs inspections, or natural events may also affect delivery times. However, we always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and carrier details as soon as your package is shipped.
All orders are insured. If your package does not arrive, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Simply contact us at info@chryseiz.com, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Yes. A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
