Refund policy

At Chryseiz, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and fair return policy in line with European consumer rights.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days via email at maigabusiness@gmail.com. Once approved, you have 14 additional days to return the product.

 

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • It must be returned with all original packaging, including hair nets, tags, and extras
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as wigs) that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
 If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.


🚚 Return Shipping & Address

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

❗ Exceptions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The wig has been worn, styled, brushed, cut, or washed
  • The return was not requested within 14 days of delivery
  • The return is received outside the allowed time frame
  • Items are returned without original packaging
